Donna (Kim Chiu), a down-at-luck reporter desperate for a scoop, stumbles upon an accident in a U-turn slot. She resorts to twisting the facts and angling the video provocatively, so it goes viral. She finds success at work, but alienates colleagues, and her boyfriend Robin (Tony Labrusca). She suspects that a spate of gruesome suicides has taken place after the victims have taken an illegal U-turn in a secluded road. Now addicted to scoops, she ignores the ghostly hauntings that creep upon her daily life.
Donna gets a taste of her own medicine when the same news site reports that her twin brother has committed suicide. Knowing that her brother would never kill himself, Donna investigates with the help of police officer, Kevin (JM de Guzman). All the deaths lead to one conclusion: ghosts attacking from the cursed U-turn slot. But no one will believe her, and she is afraid that the ghosts will keep killing more victims with impunity.
To stop the deaths, she must face the ghosts herself. There is no other way but to make the U-turn herself. But it unleashes an evil that imperils her loved ones, and may lead to her own deadly tragedy. U-Turn is based on an original hit movie of the same title.
