The Salazar family is back … in the past!
It’s the year 2003. While CJ (Clarence Delgado) is in Singapore for a science seminar, his sisters Teddie (Charlie Dizon), Bobbie (Alexa Ilacad), Alex (Gillian Vicencio) and Gabbie (Belle Mariano) discover that their dad, Caloy (Dominic Ochoa), might be cheating on their mom, Grace (Carmina Villaroel). To find out the truth and save their parents' marriage, they hire a private investigator and plan to make a surprise wedding anniversary party. Both cost money which they don’t have.
In trying to find money, Teddie offers tutoring services and reconnects with Jeremy (Jameson Blake), the guy she ghosted in high school. Gabbie enlists the help of her best friend JP (Jeremiah Lisbo), who may or may not be romantically her. Meanwhile, Alex keeps working on music videos for free to get closer to her rocker crush, Chad (Joao Constancia). Bobbie, in the meantime, contemplates whether she will join a prestigious student exchange program in New York that their family definitely cannot afford.
As the sisters try to keep their parents together and shield their brother from the painful truth, they find their bonds being tried and tested, exposing their secret fears and insecurities that may damage their sisterhood beyond repair.
Four Sisters Before the Wedding is set ten years before the events of the original 2013 flick, and just like its predecessor, this movie is a celebration of what truly matters: love, life and family.
