'Handa ako': Vice Ganda is excited for big MMFF return this Christmas

The Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda is more than ready to make his comeback in the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) this Christmas with "Partners in Crime", two years since he last joined the highly anticipated film fest.

"Punong-puno ako ng excitement, anticipation, and masaya lang ako," Vice gushed during the story conference of the upcoming film on September 9. "Masaya akong gagawin 'to.

More than the shooting experience, one thing the comedian-host is looking forward to the most with his return is how he'll be an instrument in sparking excitement and joy again among Filipino families this Christmas season.

The comedy film, which will be helmed by Blockbuster Director Cathy Garcia-Molina, will also star vlogger-turned-actress Ivana Alawi. According to Vice, he has always looked forward to working with the actress, even in the project they almost starred in before.

Fresh 'yung ganoon," he maintained.

As described by Direk Cathy, the comedy film revolves around an ex-couple whose paths would cross again before figuring into a crime.

While their characters and details of the plot have yet to be revealed, Vice promised that one thing is for sure - every moment that Filipino families spend in cinemas this Christmas will be worth it.
