WATCH: Judy Ann Santos shares advice on weight loss: ‘Mas naka-focus ako sa health’

On the topic of weight loss, Judy Ann Santos asserted that focusing on being healthy is what’s more important for her.

During a recent “Magandang Buhay” episode, a viewer asked Judy Ann and her fellow hosts Jolina Magdangal and Melai Cantiveros for advice when it comes to losing weight.

The “Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo” actress said that weight loss often comes as a byproduct of being healthy. 

“Ako kasi nasa stage na ako ngayon na siguro hindi na eto ‘yung pagpapapayat eh, mas naka-focus ako sa health. ‘Pag ang intention mo is health, ‘yung weight loss sumusunod siya,” she explained.

Jolina added, “Saka isa pa kung galing talaga sa puso, aalamin niyo rin talaga, kasi ang dami talagang ways. Dapat i-motivate niyo lang ‘yung sarili niyo dahil ‘pag nagpadala sa pressure, walang mangyayari.” 

“At saka ‘yung pagpapapayat ay hindi ‘yan para sa ibang tao, para po ‘yan sa sarili niyo,” Judy Ann said.
