Anne Curtis couldn’t hold back her tears in the documentary preview of her comeback concert "LuvAnne” staged last month.
In an Instagram post on Saturday, July 9, the “The Mall, The Merrier” actress dropped the trailer of the film entitled “LuvAnne: The Comeback” which chronicles her preparations and behind-the-scenes takes for the event held last June 11 at the Resorts World Manila.
“Sharing a little piece of my heart and soul,” Anne wrote in the caption before announcing the film’s premiere on July 16.
“On a personal note, it's really tapping that side of me again that I know is inside of me. It's the beginning of Anne coming back," she said in the trailer.
Turning emotional, Anne opened up about what this comeback means for her now that she’s a mother to Dahlia, her two-year-old daughter with Erwan Heussaff.
“We've had so much time before I decided to come back to work. The pressure can be a good thing. It gives me that determination to really prove that I can still do this now that I'm a mother. But I also understand that for mothers, you shouldn't let the flame for your passions die. One thing I want Dahlia to know is that her mother was a pursuer of dreams," she explained in the film described as a “story of passion and purpose.”
In late May of this year, Anne also made her comeback as a host on the noontime show "It's Showtime” after going on hiatus in December 2019 to focus on her new role as a mother.
