Candy Pangilinan is one proud mom to her son Quentin after he officially graduated from junior high school.
The actress took to Instagram on Wednesday, June 29, to share her son's latest milestone with photos of him from his graduation ceremony.
"Quentin graduates grade 10!" Candy began her lengthy caption.
The single mom took the opportunity to thank everyone who were part of her son's journey — from his teachers to their family members, up to the doctors and therapists — who all played a huge role in helping her son who was diagnosed with autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Candy also gave a shoutout to the security guards who were very understanding of their situation. "Ang daming dapat pasalamatan pati mga guards na pinagbigyan kami sa pagwawala ni Quentin," she said.
"To everyone we have encountered in one way or another. Salamat," she continued. "And to my spiritual mentor, thank you for the guidance and understanding. To God, OUR Father all glory to You! Everything by Your grace and mercy. Next level na po tayo. The journey continues," she added.
The proud mom then ended her post with a heartwarming statement, saying, "Quentin has taught me more than I have taught him. Thank you, Quentin. Congratulations!"
Apart from finishing junior high, Quentin also received the "Enthusiastic Learner" and "Reading Rockstar" awards.
In May last year, the comedienne went viral for her interview with Toni Gonzaga where she opened up about the struggles she went through from her failed marriage to navigating parenthood all on her own.
