"Yes, guys, pumila ako." Lovi Poe once again made this clear in jest as she recalled her experience meeting Korean actor Kim Soo-hyun during his fan meeting in Manila last June 10.
Speaking to the Momshies of "Magandang Buhay" yesterday, June 21, the "Flower of Evil" actress described her whole experience as "worth it," especially to a huge K-Drama fangirl like her.
According to Lovi, she only started watching K-Dramas during the pandemic, and has been hooked since.
"Recently lang during pandemic, nagsimula akong manood ng K-Drama. Ang dami ko nang mga oppa na pinalampas na pinagsisisihan ko kasi late ako nag-start. So sabi ko this time, 'pag may dumating dito, hindi ko na pakakawalan 'yung moment," she shared.
"So pumunta talaga ako, at yes, pumila talaga ako. Kasi ang daming nagco-comment sa'kin, 'O, walang arti-artista dito. Pila sa likod!'"
"So ayun, yes guys, pumila ako para makita ko si Kim Soo-hyun," she added.
Having the chance to be that close with the "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" star, and work alongside the Ultimate Leading Man Piolo Pascual for "Flower of Evil," Momshie Melai Cantiveros couldn't help but ask: "Sino ang mas mabango: si Kim Soo-hyun o si Papa P?"
"Ang hirap naman nung tanong!" Lovi exclaimed before answering: "Magkaiba sila [ng scent]. Basta parehong mabango!"
