KC Concepcion voices support for sister Miel coming out as queer

Actress KC Concepcion is in full support of her half-sister Miel Pangilinan who came out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community with an Instagram post last June 14.

On Thursday, June 16, the Los Angeles-based actress took to the comment section of Miel’s “coming out” post to openly express her support for her younger sister.

“Congratulations! I’m so proud of you!!! I love you, sister.” she told Miel.

KC reminded Miel that she can always count on her and greeted her a happy Pride Month.

“I’m always going to be here for you as your ate no matter what. Happy pride!!!” she wrote before adding a couple of sparkle emojis plus a rainbow flag.

Miel left a simple “love u” to the actress.

Last Wednesday, their mother Sharon Cuneta also penned an Instagram caption showing her love and support for Miel’s announcement.

“All I will say is that I LOVE ALL MY CHILDREN AND WILL SUPPORT THEM IN THEIR LIVES AND CHOICES. I am proud of my children and ALL MY CHILDREN ARE PERFECT. I love you, my Miel,” the Megastar wrote.

Miel is Sharon’s second daughter with senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan. Meanwhile, KC is Sharon’s only child with former partner Gabby Concepcion.
