Dawn Chang received praises for her portrayal as the viral online seller and "Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10" celebrity housemate Daisy "Madam Inutz" Lopez on "Maalaala Mo Kaya."
The two-part Mother's Day Special, which aired on May 7 and May 14, featured the life of Madam Inutz, who is an inspiration for being a caring daughter and a selfless single mom to her three children.
Dawn took to Instagram on Saturday, May 14, to thank the viewers who tuned in the "MMK" episode, especially to Madam Inutz's fans. "Maraming salamat po sa pagmamahal at suporta ninyo para sa 'MMK' Madam Inutz episode. I’m so very happy and grateful. Lalo na po sa mga fans ni Madam Inutz, maraming salamat po sa suportang ipinamalas ninyo sa'kin," she wrote.
The "PBB" alum also got real about the struggles they faced while doing the episode, and how she's grateful for everyone's teamwork.
"Hindi naging madali ang episode na ito dahil sa dami ng maliliit na detalye na napaka-importante. But we made it because of everyone's collective effort," she said.
"Sobrang galing at gaan katrabaho ng buong 'MMK' family," she added before giving a shoutout to director Raz Dela Torre, her co-stars, and the cameramen.
In the comments, Dawn was flooded with praises for her portrayal, who described her performance as "superb" and "impressive."
Currently, Dawn is part of the much-anticipated "Darna: The TV Series."
