Two award-winning actresses and a phenomenal love team were the guests for last week's "We Rise Together"!
On April 4, Gawad Urian Best Actress Nadine Lustre graced the show to share more about her upcoming project, which marks her return to making movies in three years. The "Wait For Me" singer also shared more about her musical career, her mental health advocacy, and her now peaceful life in Siargao.
In the "To Be Honest" segment, Nadine was then asked which between the island and city life she would choose, given that she already had the grasp of both.
"Definitely island life," she quickly answered. "Because I'm closer to nature. Sa city life kasi, sobrang bilis, eh. Ang daming nangyayari, parang hindi ka makahinga, sobrang congested. Just because feeling ko mas mae-enjoy ko 'yung buhay sa isla rather than the city," she explained.
And in case you missed it: Nadine also finally shared the story behind her viral photo last year in the episode!

We're taking it back to the guesting of the one and only Charo Santos-Concio for the flashback episode on April 6, who happily relayed the nuggets of wisdom she had learned over her decades-long career in showbiz.
DJ Jhai Ho, Jeremiah Lisbo, and Kaori Oinuma also had the chance to ask personal questions to the veteran actress, among which was the role she portrayed in the past that she actually regretted doing.
According to her, she had no regrets in any of it since all of her characters contributed to who she is as an artist today.
"Lahat ng choices ko in the past, may konteksto 'yun, eh, 'di ba? At saka 'yung kwento ng aking nakaraan, kasama 'yun sa paghubog ng aking pagkatao," she said.
But if there's anything that she would have done before as an actress, it would be to request for more "insightful writing" on the plots of her past projects.
"Minsan kasi feeling mo you're the leading lady to an action star... of course, it's always good to be a lead. But you're looking for more depth and characterization. So if I had known then what I had known now, maybe I would have requested for more insightful writing. Pero lahat ng nagawa kong pelikula, kasama naman 'yun sa paghubog ng pagkatao ko. So, no regrets," she added.

Exactly two weeks before the premiere of "He's Into Her" season 2, Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano happily shared their journey of transitioning from the first season to the second, including their preparations for their roles.
According to the lead stars, the second season is packed with more elevated emotions, and fans can expect "more maturity" for their characters, Max and Deib.
"Madami [silang dapag i-expect from Max and Deib] since magre-register this season 'yung mga pinagdaanan nila and what more 'yung pagdadaanan nila together. How they are going to go through life together despite the uncertainties life is giving them, how will they be able to overcome those," Belle teased.
Echoing Belle's statement, Donny also teased about the other characters' struggles and the lessons they would learn as they go through them. He also said his character Deib in particular will finally be able to "redeem" and "prove himself" this season.
"There's more maturity, for sure. 'Yung layers ng characters talaga, kung paano sila as a couple. Going into a relationship is not a joke, these guys are in high school as well, ipapakita nila na there's so much to learn from each other, there's stuff they need to accept within them, their friends, their families, there's a lot," Donny said.
"I guess, with me, makikita nila kung paano niya ire-redeem sarili niya and how he will prove himself. All these things," he added.
