Ex Battalion member King Badger, whose real name is Jon Gutierrez, has posted bail for charges of concubinage and violation of the Anti-Violence Against Women and Children Act filed by his estranged wife YouTuber Jelai Andres.
In a report by PUSH on March 21, King Badger voluntarily surrendered before the Quezon City Regional Trial Court after being issued a warrant of arrest for his alleged affair with a minor, according to Atty. Faye Singson, Jelai’s legal counsel.
Faye Singson stated.
Jelai also filed a concubinage charge against King Badger’s alleged mistress, TikTok creator Juliennes Vitug a.k.a. Yumi Garcia, who was a minor at the time of the reported affair.
“Ang kasal ay isang sakramento, ‘wag nating gawing normal ang pakikiapid,” Jelai spoke of pursuing an adultery case against them.
Jelai and King Badger, who got married in 2018, first separated in 2019 after the vlogger made cheating accusations on her husband. They patched things up the following year.
In March 2021, Jelai accused King Badger of cheating on her with a minor, which led her to file a criminal charge against the rapper in June 2021.
Their marriage is currently going through the process of annulment.
