Francine Diaz was pleasantly surprised when she got a message from South Korean actor Yoon Chan-young, who plays Lee Cheong-san in the Netflix series “All of Us Are Dead.”

The “Bola Bola” star posted a screenshot of Yoon Chan-young’s direct message on her Instagram Story yesterday, February 1.

Based on the screenshot, the actor sent Francine a waving hand emoji.

Upon seeing the message, Francine couldn’t help but gush over the fact that she was noticed by an actor she admires.

“Ikamamatay ko ‘to!!! 😭😩❤️ Cheong-san!!! Saranghae!!! ❤️” the actress wrote in the post, tagging Yoon Chan-young’s Instagram account.

On the same day, Francine took to Twitter to express her kilig over the DM.

“Kay Cheong-san lang ako papayag ma-seenzoned. 😭❤️” she tweeted with the hashtag #AllOfUsAreDead.

She also clarified that she messaged the actor first: “Reply niya yan sa message ko haha. Hindi sya ang nag send ng dm sakin.😅😂”

No further updates about their interaction have been made by either party.

“All of Us Are Dead” is currently Netflix’s top trending show in the Philippines. It follows a group of high school students in an intense battle with students-turned-zombies for survival.
