Belle Mariano was indeed the brightest star in her successful first-ever major concert on Saturday, January 29.
Titled "Daylight," the RISE artist showed off her angelic yet powerful vocals as she serenaded her fans with her songs from her debut album of the same title, as well as spectacular covers of popular OPM songs, such as "Ikot-ikot Lang," "Tagu-Taguan," and "Kailan," to name a few.
Belle was also joined on the stage by her fellow amazing recording artists and good friends in the industry, Jayda, Kyle Echarri, SAB, and Trisha Denise, the singer-songwriter behind her hit single "Sigurado."
Pinoy band Ben&Ben also had a special performance in the show, as they sang a duet with Belle for their song "Upuan."
The night wouldn't be complete without her on-screen partner Donny Pangilinan gracing the stage for a special duet of "For Your Eyes Only," the theme song of their first movie together "Love is Color Blind." Donny even played the piano for Belle — the first time he has ever played the keyboard live, just for the concert of his leading lady.
Donny also took the opportunity to express how proud he is of Belle for making her dreams come true.
“Sobrang proud ako sa'yo. Every time I watch your numbers, hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala na ikaw ito, na ikaw ang gumagawa ng sarili mong concert," said Donny.
“I know how long you've dreamt of having this opportunity. Just to see you fulfill your dreams right here, it's just so cool.”
