Michelle Madrigal and her husband Troy Woolfolk have separated.
The couple shared the news on their respective Instagram accounts as they finally addressed speculations about their marriage.
Sharing a photo of them together, Michelle said that she and Troy are now going through a divorce but will remain civil and co-parents to their daughter Anika.
The "Star Circle Quest" alum also asked for everyone's respect with regards to the matter.
"We only wanted to share this to be transparent due to the amount of DM’s and comments we get from y’all. We hope that you guys can give us the space and respect with our decision. We thank everyone for all the love and support you have given The Woolfolk family. We will always have love for each other and cherish the good times rather than the bad ones," she wrote.
Troy also addressed the news of separation by sharing a video of him how they are currently processing their divorce.
The fitness trainer said that the friendship between them will still remain, but not the "companionship."
"We have no drama we are still cool. I will always love @mitch_madrigal cause she is the mother of my child that we will co-parent together. I still love everyone in her family and will continue to treat them like my own," he wrote in the caption of his post.
It was in 2020 when the couple admitted that they are going through a marriage counseling after having a "big fight."
"All couples fight. And I guess for us, let’s just say that Troy and I had to go through therapy and we still are trying to get back to our marriage counseling because we need help on top of us trying to figure out and getting to know each other on a deeper level. We needed extra help,” she revealed.
