Anne Curtis immediately cleared the speculations that she will switch networks after being spotted in a virtual meeting with the executives from another network.
On Twitter yesterday, July 1, the Kapamilya actress gave her fans an assurance that she will remain a Kapamilya after a netizen asked her if she is leaving ABS-CBN.
“Please tell us na GMA Films lang, at hindi ka lilipat sa GMA,” a netizen said on Twitter while sharing a screencap of Anne's Zoom meeting with GMA executives.
Anne then replied, "Hahaha Yes. Kalma. They pitched a film for next year na hindi pa naman sure yet. As always, I need to read the script first before making a decision. The last viva x gma film I did was 'IN YOUR EYES' with Ate Claudine & Richard. I was already a Kapamilya then. So Kalma Lang!”
A loyal Kapamilya since 2004, the movie Anne was pertaining to was when she starred in a romance film in 2010 alongside Claudine Barretto and Richard Gutierrez.
Apart from reassuring her fans that she won't leave ABS-CBN, Anne also teased that she will be returning to "It's Showtime" soon.
"And isa pa, babalik pa ako sa It’s Showtime 🌈 So kalma lang madlang peeps!!!!" she tweeted.
She is currently in showbiz hiatus after temporarily leaving "It's Showtime" in late 2019 to fly to Australia for her pregnancy. She recently flew back to the Philippines last February with husband Erwan Heussaff and their daughter Dahlia.
