Anne Curtis had an emotional reunion with Vice Ganda during his digital concert “Gandemic: The VG-Tal Concert” on Sunday, July 18.
The actress posted a snippet of their performance together singing “I Will Always Love You” and on the caption she wrote how delighted she was to be with her “It’s Showtime” co-host again.
“After almost two years of not seeing my dearest sisterette, a reunion of literally 15 minutes happened,” said Anne.
“Rollercoaster of pigil emotions,” she added then quipped, “And our best voices EVER. Specially mine. Imagine, two years of no singing. No practice. Well rested. Golden.”
The pair also did duets of “Bubbly,” “Stickwitu,” “Officially Missing You,” “Umbrella,” “Irreplaceable,” and “Call Me Maybe” during the event.
Fans got sentimental over these performances and expressed how badly they’ve missed watching Anne and Vice together.
In December 2019, the “No Other Woman” star bid farewell to “It’s Showtime” to take a maternity leave in her hometown in Australia. She has said on interviews and social media posts that she plans to return to the noontime show, but is still enjoying being a full-time mom to her daughter Dahlia who just turned one year old last March.
