Kris Aquino reminded us all to express love and appreciation to our loved ones by sharing a recent experience she had with son Bimby.
On Instagram, the actress revealed that she and Bimby had a misunderstanding Wednesday afternoon, June 2. She didn’t share what caused it, but she did talk about what he did to make it up to her.
“These roses came from Bimb. We had one of our super rare ‘tampuhans’ this afternoon,” she wrote.
Kris said the flower shop was already about to close when Bimby called to order, but he made a way as he didn’t want to end the day not making his mom feel how sorry he was.
“He and nurse Eloi made kulit Sheryl, the owner, so he could give me this bouquet of my favorite shade of pink roses. Maybe for most whether mag-asawa, mag-boyfriend/girlfriend, magkaibigan, magkatrabaho, magkamag-anak, lesson siguro ‘yung ginawa ni Bimb,” Kris continued.
She added, “Cute kasi he told me he spent his own money, BUT he said ayaw niyang makatulog ako without him saying sorry for hurting my feelings and that he loves me so much and he knows how blessed he is to have me as his Mama.”
The Queen of All Media receives the same kind of affection as well from her older son Josh, who’s now living in Tarlac away from them.
“Every night si Kuya Josh ‘yung bago mag-sleep text niya also says, ‘I love you so much, Mama,’” she told her Instagram followers.
Then she went on to say how important it is to make people feel our love while we still can.
“What I’m trying to say is express your love and appreciation habang may chance… It doesn’t have to be kasing bongga nung roses ni Bimb. Effort is always appreciated and expressions of love really matter so much, especially from people you value,” said Kris.
