Anne Curtis is the latest celebrity to have received her first dose of vaccine for COVID-19.

The Kapamilya star got the shot at Palanan Elementary School on Tuesday, June 22, as reported on the official Facebook page of Makati City, where she resides.

The post also included a video of the award-winning actress getting injected and then giving a short message to her fellow “Makatizens”.

The “It’s Showtime” host encouraged them to register and get vaccinated as a way to protect themselves and the people around them.

“Hello, sa lahat ng Makatizens! I would just like to encourage you na magpa-rehistro na po para magpabakuna. This is for yourself, your family, and all your loved ones during this time to make sure you stay safe and you stay healthy,” said Anne.

She repeated, “Sana po magpa-rehistro na at magpabakuna.”

Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, Sarah Geronimo, Matteo Guidicelli, Julia Barretto, Gerald Anderson, Dingdong Dantes, and Marian Rivera are among the A-listers who have recently gotten the COVID vaccine.
