Studying overseas is just a dream for most of us, but these celebrities were luckily able to fulfill them through their passion and hard work.
Below are some celebs who studied in foreign countries, conquering all the struggles of living by themselves, adjusting to the country's culture, and studying alongside other nationalities in a university setting:
Back in 2007, Angel took a fashion course in the prestigious London College of Fashion. More than a decade later, the actress collaborated with a local brand to launch her curated collection of bags which she personally helped design.
KC graduated with a degree in International Corporate Communications from the American University in Paris in 2007. In 2017, 10 years after she graduated, the actress-host finally received her college diploma which she personally picked up in Paris since it wasn't sent to her in the Philippines.
Jericho took up courses in acting, directing, and producing at New York Film Academy in 2011. In an interview with Philippine Star in 2013, the actor said it was challenging to be a student in New York but described his whole experience as what "dreams are made of."
We've always seen Solenn's passion for art, so it's not surprising that she took up fashion design at Le Studio Berçot du Paris in France for four years, followed by a short course in cosmetology and prosthetics.
While Kiana is mainly focused on making music now, the daughter of Gary Valenciano is a proud degree holder from the Raffles Design Institute in Singapore. She also took a short-term design course at Central Saint Martins in the UK.
