Looks like the long wait for the upcoming Philippine adaptation of “My Sassy Girl” will soon be over!
Production company TinCam Films announced on Twitter that the film’s stars Toni Gonzaga and Pepe Herrera have just finished dubbing in post-production. They were joined by director “Pinoy Big Brother” alum Fifth Solomon.
“My Sassy Girl Update: Dubbing done👍🏻”, the post says.
In an interview, Toni revealed that filming wrapped up last December. She also shared that distributor and local franchise holder Viva Films would likely wait until it’s safe again to have the film premiere in cinemas.
The actress is set to fly to Korea and meet Jun Ji-hyun and Cha Tae-hyun, who played the lead roles in the original film.
