We’re not crying, you’re crying!

Okay… maybe we ARE crying. We just watched the trailer for the upcoming “Gameboys: The Movie” and a wave of emotions just hit as if we never saw it coming.

Fans of the Boys’ Love series starring Elijah Canals and Kokoy de Santos will find their characters finally together and enjoying some time by the beach.

We’re treated with a couple of super kilig scenes, before all things went sour with the arrival of Gav’s Tita Susan.

The film will be out on July 30 on KTX.ph, but aside from that, we also have the second season of the series to watch out for.

In a video released by The IdeaFirst Company, director Ivan Andrew Payawal teased where the series is heading towards.

“Season 2 explains their maturity and how they navigate being together physically, emotionally being present,” he said.

Elijah described it as something that viewers would never forget. “It’s just something we want to remember forever. And I think we will with this new chapter of ‘Gameboys’.”

Meanwhile, Kokoy expressed how glad he is to finally be able to shoot with Elijah face-to-face. “Mas nafi-feel ko na siya, kiss him, hug him.”

He also thanked the fans of the series for making it a global hit. “Lahat ‘to naging possible, because of you guys. With all of your support and love.”
