Since its announcement, Filipino fans have been craving for more information on the forthcoming ABS-CBN adaptation of the hit series "Doctor Foster."
To hype the anticipation up even further, ABS-CBN teased the nearing reveal of the series' cast, and more specifically the actress who will play the title role.
In a tweet on Wednesday, April 21, Dreamscape showed a photo of the actresses who played "Doctor Foster" in the UK and South Korea.
In between them is a much bigger silhouette of the actress who will play the titular character, bearing the caption, "Who will be next?"
"She is the Philippines' Doctor Foster. Guess who?" Dreamscape tweeted.
BBC Studio's "Doctor Foster" is a psychological drama that follows a doctor who sets out an investigation for believing her husband is having an affair. But in the midst of her probe, she ends up uncovering mysterious secrets.
ABS-CBN was able to strike a deal with BBC to produce the Philippines' version of the popular show.
The Philippines' "Doctor Foster" will already be the sixth adaptation as it has already been adapted in France, Russia, Turkey, India, and South Korea.
