Catriona Gray is officially a homeowner!
The Filipino-Australian beauty queen shared the wonderful news on Saturday, November 20, through an Instagram post showing a sneak peek of her new home.
Catriona revealed that this is a dream come true for her after 10 nomadic years of moving from one place to another.
“Home 2022. Since leaving home at 17 I've always dreamed of having a place of my own. For the past 10 years I've been a nomad, I've rented and moved from place to place. But earlier this year, I finally called a home MINE,” she wrote in the caption, calling her abode “Casa de Gray.”
Known for being a staunch advocate of local culture and indigenous handicraft, Catriona also mentioned that she will be decorating her home with pieces made by local artists and artisans.
“I'm super excited to be sharing how this space transforms over the next few months and to also be #SupportingLocal in and throughout my home from local furnitures to local artists and artisans,” she added before asking her followers what they think her “design style” is.
Catriona was crowned Miss Universe in 2018, making her the fourth Filipina to win the title. In 2020, she was named Ambassador for the Arts by the Philippines' National Commission for Culture and the Arts, and Ambassador for Indigenous Handicrafts by the Philippines' Department of Trade and Industry.
