Francine Diaz and Andrea Brillantes looked every bit the queens that they are in their regal Michael Leyva bridal gowns.
The “Huwag Kang Mangamba” actresses showcased exquisite gowns from fashion designer Michael Leyva’s newest bridal collection. Michael chose Francine and Andrea to be his youngest muses for his first fashion show since the pandemic hit the Philippines.
Being the “red bride” of the event, Andrea donned a ball gown in a stunningly rich red color. She took to Instagram to commemorate the opportunity to walk for Michael's bridal couture show.
“Last night was truly spectacular,” she wrote. “I used to only dream about walking down a runway, but to actually do it while wearing such a beautiful gown was such a humbling moment.”
She went on to thank Michael, saying, “Thank you so much @michaelleyva_ for having me last night. It was an honor to not only wear this magical piece, but to also close your fashion show. You have made a lot of women’s dreams a reality through your designs.”
Francine also posted the ethereal creation she was chosen to model: a gorgeous lilac gown with dainty floral accents.
“Felt like a real princess from yesterday’s fashion show. Thank you kuya Michael for choosing me to be your muse! It’s an honor for me to wear one of your beautiful gowns,” she captioned.
Photographer Dookie Ducay took captivating shots of the young stars in their Michael Leyva gowns and shared them on Instagram.
On his own Instagram post, Michael Leyva expressed his gratitude to the team and his muses who made the fashion show a success, including “his beautiful babies” Francine and Andrea.
“Last night was another milestone for my career. My heart is full with gratitude to be the one to finally put up the very first physical fashion show again after almost 2 years here in Manila. To God be all the Glory,” he gushed over the show.
“And to my beautiful babies @francinesdiaz and @blythe Thank you,” he added, tagging Francine and Andrea’s accounts.
