Kris Aquino recently revealed that her upcoming wedding with former DILG Secretary Mel Sarmiento will be a "tiny and super private" ceremony.

On Monday, November 8, the actress-TV host openly mentioned the details of their wedding on Instagram in response to a follower’s comment about “anticipating her grandest wedding entrance.”

“I don’t mean to be a spoiler nor disappoint you but our wedding is going to be tiny and super private. No entourage. No wedding planner,” responded Kris.

In contrast to a grand affair imagined by fans, she described their planned intimate wedding as “totally not what you’re expecting.”

Last October 24, Kris announced her engagement to Mel Sarmiento, just a couple of months after making their relationship public in August.

In a separate Instagram post, Mel assured fans of his commitment to Kris by responding to a comment saying, “I will spend the rest of my life with her (Kris), kaya 'yung paghihiwalay is not going to happen. I love her very much.”
