Darna is ready to get the cameras rolling! After a long wait, “Darna: The TV Series” is finally set to start taping in November.
In an interview with "TV Patrol," lead star Jane de Leon was filled with overflowing excitement as she announced that the series’ production is about to be in full swing.
Iba pa rin ang pakiramdam kapag malapit na kasi malapit na talaga kaming magsimula,” said Jane, bursting with anticipation.
The actress also gushed over finally fitting her superheroine costume.
As she unveiled the good news, Jane also took a moment to express her gratitude for the legacy of Darna creator Mars Ravelo in time for the iconic comic artist’s 115th birth anniversary this October 9.
Maraming salamat po,” said Jane.
Pre-production for the "Darna: The TV series" continues this October. According to the "TV Patrol" report, the series’ director will be revealed next week.
