It’s the end of an era for our trailblazing queen!
Mela Habijan took to Instagram to share a preview of her final photoshoot as Miss Trans Global 2020.
The reigning queen wrote in the caption, “AND SO I FACE MY FINAL CURTAIN! Final photoshoot as your reigning Miss Trans Global. 💖”
She then went on to express her gratitude to her team, the City Government of Marikina, Mayor Marcy Teodoro, and her sister Mariae Habijan for "making this happen".
Ever the beauty to behold, Mela bested 17 other candidates when she was crowned Miss Trans Global 2020, becoming the first Filipina to win the title.
Prior to being a pageant queen, Mela had worked in the entertainment industry as a TV writer for “Gandang Gabi Vice”and “The Buzz” and as an actor in “Magpakailanman” and “Asawa Ko, Karibal Ko”.
She is currently one of the “players” in Rise iHub, a platform launched by Rise Artists Studio where content creators called “players” could collaborate and share their content to a diverse audience.
