When a girl falls in love with her guy best friend, we all know things are about to get complicated.
In "Paano Na Kaya" (2010), Mae (Kim Chiu) has been secretly in love with her best friend, Bogs (Gerald Anderson) for years. She couldn't say anything because Bogs was in a long term relationship with his girlfriend Anna (Melissa Ricks).
But when things between Bogs and Anna fell apart — Mae decided to finally confess her feelings for Bogs. Sounds great right? It doesn't last "great" for very long.
This love story took a painful turn when Anna entered the picture again and tried to make a move on Bogs. They were, unfortunately, discovered by Mae mid-kiss.
Thus, Mae's iconic line was born when she confronted Bogs and told him, "Pero, Bogs, shinota mo 'ko e. Shinota mo ang best friend mo!"
