We've seen Bela Padilla do amazing covers in the past, but just recently, she's begun sharing original compositions with us!
On Instagram last September 8, the actress opened up about the "quarantine love song" she composed while on lockdown. She called it "Nighttime."
"I wrote a song this quarantine. It’s about being in love and falling out of it during a summer in lockdown. 🙈❤️" she wrote in the caption.
Bela also thanked her friends, singer Marion Aunor and filmmaker Kris Cazin, who helped her composition come to life.
"The melody will stick on you, Marion composed it. (I’ve been humming it nonstop) and Kris shot the video," she added.

Apart from composing music, Bela has also been busy providing help to fellow Filipinos during the pandemic. She spearheaded a campaign last March to help the street vendors in Manila amid the crisis.
She last appeared in the 2019 Kapamilya teleserye "Mea Culpa: Sino Ang May Sala."
