Senator Bong Revilla Jr. rushed to hospital after developing pneumonia

Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. was rushed to the hospital after he developed pneumonia while in isolation. The senator’s wife, Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado, confirmed the news in a Facebook post yesterday, August 18. According to Lani, Sen. Bong “badly needed” hospital care.

“Father God pls help my husband. He is being rushed to the hospital. His latest X-ray shows that he has developed pneumonia and isolation in a regular facility is no longer ideal. Hospital care badly needed. Father, we lift him up to you. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼” she wrote.
