Movie marathons are always a good decision.
And what better movies to watch than the Star Cinema classics and blockbusters we grew up with? From rom-coms to heavy dramas, here are just some of the Star Cinema films that are now available on iTunes:
"Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin"
Who can ever forget Maricel Soriano's line "'Wag mo akong ma-Terry Terry!" in this 1994 classic?
"Sana Maulit Muli"
Aga Muhlach and Lea Salonga gave us one of the most heartbreaking yet beautiful love stories in this 1995 Olivia Lamasan film. It's a cult favorite for a reason.
This heartwarming OFW story in this 2000 family drama just never gets old, as it mirrors the journey most families live through even up to this day. In the film, Josie (Vilma Santos) developed a complicated relationship with her eldest daughter Carla (Claudine Barretto) after she decided to work abroad for the benefit of their family.
"Love Me Tomorrow"
A story of true love and empowerment, this 2016 film tackled all forms of love and how it's the key to bridge gaps between people from walks of life, just like JC (Piolo Pascual), Janine (Coleen Garcia), and Christy (Dawn Zulueta).
"My Amnesia Girl"
The adorable tandem of John Lloyd Cruz and Toni Gonzaga as Apollo and Irene in this 2010 rom-com made us believe that true love conquers all. Definitely worth the rewatch!
"Don't Give Up On Us"
This 2006 film is just one of the many films the legendary team-up of Piolo Pascual and Judy Ann Santos have under their belt — it's also one of their best. The movie revolves around two strangers who found solace in each other upon a chance meeting.
