Diego Loyzaga couldn't be happier for his former love team partner Sofia Andres, who recently made headlines after introducing her daughter Zoe to the public.
"I am really happy for Sofia. I see in her posts that she's happy," the actor said in a report by ABS-CBN News on Thursday, August 13.
"Someone's well-being, their mental health, it's important and nakikita ko sa napo-post ng family ni Sofia at siya mismo na she's happy. So, I couldn't wish her anything more in the world but that," he added.
Diego also revealed that he isn't on speaking terms with Sofia, but he'd be more than willing to approach her once they meet personally.
"Pero sinabi ko sa sarili ko when the day comes and I bump into her or I see her, I think definitely [mag-uusap kami]. Pero for me to message, ayaw ko lang kasi baka a different message is received from the other people, from their part," he explained.
"Siyempre walang masamang tinapay for me, pero ayaw ko lang makabastos in any way. But of course, I really do wish her the best and I'm happy that she's happy," he continued.
For now, the actor is focused on his showbiz comeback and is more than excited to start making movies again.
