The journey of Team "Hello, Love, Goodbye" wasn't easy, but it was rewarding.
This is especially true for the lead star Kathryn Bernardo, who worked with an all-new partner, and was pushed to the extremes so she could authentically play her character, Joy Fabregas. Kathryn will always be grateful for the film for changing her life and "making her whole."
“Ngayon ko na-realize na kung ‘di ko tinanggap 'tong project na ‘to, ‘yun ‘yung biggest regret ko in life," Kathryn said during her speech at the film’s Thanksgiving Party way back in 2019.
"Ang saya kasi nangyari po siya. Ang laking bagay nitong pelikula sa'kin kasi binuo niya 'yung pagkatao ko," she added.
Kathryn said that "Hello, Love, Goodbye" was the hardest film she has ever done, but it was through this film that she was able to grow fully as an actress.
"Ito pinakamahirap na nagawa ko. As in ang hirap na parang ayoko na. Iba ‘yung naging proseso, kung paano ko gagawin ‘yung character. Napakalaki ng hinihingi," she said.
“Ang saya-saya ko na tinanggap ko 'tong project na 'to with open arms. Hawak kamay kaming lahat dito. Naging mahirap 'yung proseso ng lahat, pati sa staff," she enthused.
