The day has finally come, guys: Kathryn Bernardo dropped her workout routine!
After blessing us with multiple post-workout selfies last June, the actress finally shared how she achieved her toned bod on her latest vlog uploaded today, July 3. In the video, Kathryn documented her three-day fitness challenge, which featured three workout sets from three different trainers.
"As you all know, since the quarantine began, I've been keeping myself busy by working out. But this time around, I pushed myself further with a 3-day fitness challenge! I asked three different trainers to guide me virtually and they also revealed some workout tips for everyone. 💖" she wrote in an Instagram post.
For her first day, Kathryn was joined by Janie Buelow from Elev8 Fitness Studio whose workouts were done on a Megaformer machine. She was also joined by her niece Lhexine.
Kathryn's "Hello, Love, Goodbye" co-star Lovely Abella was her trainer for Day 2, and they mostly focused on ab workouts.
Meanwhile, Kat Geronimo-Garcia of @bodybymamakat was her trainer for her third and final day. They did some ab exercises and plank workouts.
