Motherhood is not easy. No one said it would be.
But none of us are ever alone. These new celebrity mom's happily shared tips they learned along the way, through their own struggles, to make motherhood a little easier for the rest of us.
Here, we listed down some valuable tips from celebrities who recently gave birth and how they're handling it:
1. Be ready to move things around according to your baby's body clock!
In an exclusive interview with Metro.Style, 21-year-old mom Sofia Andres opened up about how everything changed when she gave birth to Zoe -- she became more efficient with time management especially since her time is now based on her daughter's baby o' clock.
Sofia also shared that she still values her "me time" even as a hands on mom.
2. Breastfeeding is fulfilling, but it can also be painful
Solenn Heussaff revealed in one of her vlogs that she actually struggled with breastfeeding. According to Solenn, she couldn't produce enough milk, even if she ate all the right food and kept her nutrition at tip top shape.
Solenn's tip on how to overcome this? Increase your malunggay intake, regularly perform a breast massage, and take medically approved supplements.
3. Consult with your fellow mommy friends!
In the case of Solenn, she's surrounded by friends who are now also mommies. They can exchange lessons within the friend group. In an exclusive interview with Metro.Style, Solenn shared that she's been asking for motherhood tips from her own mom and one of her BFFs Georgina Wilson.
4. Team parenting is a must!
Moms really should be given credit for carrying a baby for nine months and suffering for giving birth, but daddies also play a huge part in raising a kid. According to Solenn, motherhood was a breeze for her since her husband Nico Bolzico has been so hands on and so helpful.
5. It's never too early to teach your kids to be a book lover!
Being a bookworm herself, Anne Curtis loves reading books for her daughter Dahlia. Stories give children imagination and teach them how to be compassionate.
In one video, Baby Dahlia seemed to be delighted as Anne read her some children's stories.
Are you a first-time mom, too? Your tips or personal experiences can be helpful to other moms too, so consider sharing them in the comments section!
