It’s no surprise that Kathryn Bernardo is quite the fitness junkie, but it was only yesterday that she gave us a peek of how cut she really is!
In a series of post-workout selfies she uploaded on Instagram last night, June 2, the Phenomenal Box Office Queen inspired us to get moving after giving us not 1, not just 2, not just 3, but 7 photos of her perfectly sculpted abs.
“Ever since the lockdown began, I swore to myself that I will work out at least 3x a week to keep my body healthy (and to offset all those junk I eat) especially at a time like this. Thanks to online and Zoom workout classes, I actually ended up working out almost every day!” she wrote in the caption.
Kathryn then gave some tips for those who feel unmotivated to workout at home amid the quarantine.
“Start with 15 minutes per day first, and adjust it from there based on what your body can handle! There are lots of free ab/full-body workout routines that you can check on YouTube for reference. 💪🏻 You just need to find out the right fitness routine for you, and I swear, you’ll enjoy the process along the way,” she shared.

Just in case you didn’t know, Kathryn was also the one who influenced her reel-and-real life partner Daniel Padilla to hit the gym, as the actor revealed on “I Feel U” last May 31.
