Alden Richards reveals plans to join the Philippine Air Force

Alden Richards is considering whether he should join the Philippine Air Force after he received an invitation from the organization.

The “Hello, Love, Goodbye” actor confirmed this during his Instagram Live last April 29, "There was an invitation sent to me [by the Philippine Air Force] and I'm really considering to be part of it. I’m just clearing things up with the management.”

“Siyempre it's a way of being part of people who are really concerned sa Pilipinas and I want to be part of it,” he added.

Alden is among the many celebrities who have expressed their desire to join the Philippines' military forces as a way to give back to the country. Among those who are already serving as reservists include Matteo Guidicelli, Ejay Falcon, and Ronnie Liang.

Alden last starred in the 2019 worldwide blockbuster hit “Hello, Love, Goodbye” alongside Kathryn Bernardo.
