John Lapus’ ‘Pang-MMK’ is coming to Cinema One!

John Lapus' "Pang-MMK" starring Neil Coleta, is coming to the Cinema One channel this May 3!

The comedy film, which was an official entry to the Cinema One Originals Film Festival in 2018, marked John’s directorial debut. He also served as the screenwriter of the movie. It tells the story of Janus (Neil) who was given the responsibility to plan his father’s funeral. As if that task wasn’t stressful enough, the involvement of various people — from his scandalous sister to his father’s mistress — made the whole process hilarious and chaotic.

The film also starred Nikki Valdez, Zeppi Borromeo, Joel Torre, Ricky Davao, Cherry Pie Picache, and Charo Santos-Concio.
