5 of the most iconic houses from Star Cinema movies

A movie’s setting is an important element of a film — it sets the mood. And today, we are examining five sets, or in this case, houses that played a huge role in the movie they were in.

1. Popoy and Basha’s house project in “One More Chance”

What could be worse than working with your ex in a crucial project? In “One More Chance,” Popoy (John Lloyd Cruz) and Basha (Bea Alonzo) had to do exactly that and had to set aside their grudges to finish the dream house requested by iconic Auntie Edith (Nanette Inventor) and her fiance Willie (Al Tantay). And while these two had a hard time remaining civil and unbothered throughout the project, they still made it work.

2. Salazar house in “Four Sisters and a Wedding”

Ah, the iconic Salazar house, the place where the Salazar siblings' dreams were nurtured, where the meeting to call off CJ’s wedding was planned, where the unforgettable “I’m sorry, Maaa” confrontation happened, and everything else in between. It's a house that we'll have in our hearts forever .

3. Bayag’s mansion in “Four Sisters and a Wedding”

The Salazars (and perhaps all of us) were left in awe upon their arrival at their future in-laws' mansion during the pamamanhikan. But more than the hilariously awkward collision of the two families, the mansion with its huge garden and impressive living and dining rooms were just as memorable.

4. Sam and Digs’ condo in “Can We Still Be Friends?”

While Sam (Arci Munoz) and Digs (Gerald Anderson) didn’t actually quite make good memories in their condo (instant noodles and squid balls everyday, anyone?), it became one of the reasons why they held on to their relationship for so long

5. George and Primo’s house in “The Hows of Us”

George (Kathryn Bernardo) and Primo’s (Daniel Padilla) house pretty much witnessed everything about their relationship: the highs and the lows, the day Primo walked out of George's life, the day they finally got together, and so on and so forth. It has been one of the most remarkable houses in movie history.
