And since most of us are now stuck in our homes due to the community quarantine, we have decided to compile your favorite female stars' workout routines that you can now try in your free time.
Kim regularly uploads workout videos on her Instagram. Based on her posts, Kim does 1000 jumps everyday and hops onto the stationary bike to burn calories!
Maris shared her workout routine last year in one of her vlogs. We saw that she is fond of lifting weights, from 4 pound dumbbells to 15 kilo kettlebells. Don’t worry though if you don’t have equipment at home; you can try lifting books or canned drinks or wine bottles as a substitute to the weights!
If you feel sad working out alone, you can try Ivana’s workout which involves her sister and mom! The best thing about working out with your family? You don’t just get fit, but you also get to bond!
For those who don’t have much time to workout since they’re working from home, you can follow Erich’s 10-minute home workout routine. It’s a mix of squats, burpees, lunges, and other exercises.
Alexa attends calisthenic classes everyday which helps increase her strength, fitness and flexibility. And as seen on Alexa’s vlog, you don't need to be in a gym to do most workouts, since most routines can be done at home, by the wall or by your couch!
