Amid these challenging times, Bea Alonzo reminded everyone thar taking care of your mental health is just as important as looking out for your physical health.
On Instagram yesterday, April 14, the actress reminded her followers to check the state of their mental health, and encouraged them to do things that can help them "stay hopeful."
“Have you been doing things that make you feel like YOU? In this crisis, I think it is important not to just take care of our physical health but also our mental health. We will overcome this together and BETTER. 🙏🏻 Stay hopeful guys!” Bea wrote in the caption.
Sharon Cuneta then responded to Bea’s post, reminding her to take care of herself too. The Megastar also extended an invitation towards Bea for a celebratory "catch up" with Angel Locsin after the crisis.
Bea, Angel, and Sharon have all been busy sending help to Filipinos affected by the quarantine through their own initiatives. Bea recently donated homecooked meals and groceries to the frontliners, while Sharon donated 3 million pesos to Angel’s fundraising effort to provide sanitation tents to hospitals.
