From A-Listers to NBA legends, Hollywood stars and personalities were among those who have been infected by the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
This includes the “Money Heist” actress Itziar Ituno who was the latest addition in the list of celebrities who has contracted the virus. In an Instagram post yesterday, March 18, the actress said that she received the confirmation of her epidemiological test saying that she tested positive for the virus although it was a “mild” one.
Brooklyn Nets' Kevin Durant also tested positive for the virus yesterday, March 18, including three other Brooklyn Nets players. He then reminded to "be careful, take care of yourself and quarantine.”
Actors Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson announced in an Instagram post last March 11 that they have tested positive for the virus. The couple have since then been released from the hospital, and are currently on self-quarantine.
In Tom’s latest update yesterday, March 18, he said that the “symptoms are much the same” for him and his wife.
Last March 16, “Game of Thrones” star Kristofer Hivju announced in an Instagram post that he has a mild case of coronavirus. He and his family are now in self-isolation.
Former Bond girl Olga Kurylenko also tested positive for COVID-19, as the actress disclosed on Instagram last March 15. She posted an update yesterday, March 18, sharing that her fever is already gone and she’s feeling a lot better.
Utah Jazz’s Rudy Gobert contracted the disease last March 11, followed by Donovan Mitchell on March 12.
Later that week, Detroit Piston's Christian Wood also tested positive for coronavirus in March 14. The three of them are now in recovery.
