ABS-CBN is advising the whole “Love Thy Woman” cast and staff to undergo self-quarantine following the announcement that Christopher de Leon has tested positive for coronavirus last Tuesday, March 17.
In a press release yesterday, March 18, ABS-CBN urged everyone who might have interacted with the veteran actor from the "Love Thy Woman" team for the past two weeks to isolate themselves and be on lookout for possible symptoms of the virus.

The broadcast network then assured that they will provide utmost support for anyone affected by the temporary suspension of tapings of Kapamilya teleseryes.
“While we have stopped the tapings of all our teleseryes, we will continue to monitor their situation and provide the necessary assistance and support to those who are affected. The safety of our artists, crew, production teams, and their families are important to us,” they wrote.
Christopher is the first Filipino celebrity to have tested positive for the disease.
His “Love Thy Woman” cast mates Kim Chiu, Sunshine Cruz, and Ruffa Gutierrez have extended their prayers.
His showbiz friends, as well as actors he has worked with in the past, also expressed their concern.
Get well soon, Mr. Christopher!
