Bianca Manalo will also undergo self-quarantine, following safety measures taken by her partner Senator Win Gatchalian to prevent the possible spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
On Instagram yesterday, March 12, the beauty queen-turned-actress shared a photo of herself wearing a face mask, and in the caption revealed that she will be isolating herself for 14 days. This comes after they learned that a resource person who appeared at a committee hearing chaired by her partner Win tested positive for COVID-19.
“Hello everyone. As soon as I heard the news yesterday, I have decided to do a self-quarantine until I get tested,” she wrote in the caption.
“It makes me sad that I won’t be able to see my own family, [FPJ’s Ang] Probinsyano family, and friends as of the moment, but we have to be proactive!”
“Stay safe, drink Vitamin C, boost your immune system, drink lots of water, and rest. 🙏🏻❤️” she added.
Senator Win remained asymptomatic of the virus as of today, March 13.
Last March 10, Bianca also reminded her followers not to hoard and panic buy, and to think about the fellow Filipinos who live on daily wages.
Senator Win and Bianca have been dating since November 2018.
