Vivoree has always looked up to Sarah Geronimo and for a good reason.
The singer-actress revealed during the female RISE Artist Studios' bloggers conference last February 22 that the Popstar Royalty remains as her ultimate showbiz inspiration.
“Overall talaga, ang hinahangaan kong tao si Ate Sarah (Geronimo),” she revealed. “Siya ‘yung inspiration ko kasi dati pa bago ako mag-showbiz, talagang nilu-look up to ko na siya. I just love the way that she is so dedicated sa craft niya and how she performs.”
“Kahit ilang beses na siya nakapag-perform, talagang ginagawa pa rin niya best niya [and] may kakaiba siya laging pinapakita. And in spite everything, the fame and everything, talagang humble pa rin siya,” she added.
Vivoree also recalled the one time she met Sarah during one of her album launches, which happened right after she left the “Pinoy Big Brother” house.
“I remember one time nag-album launch, and alam kasi ng mga friends ko na super fan ako ni Ate Sarah. So nakapunta ako sa album launch niya and then she called me,” she narrated.
“After 'PBB' na ‘to. Noong una sabi niya, hi Vi-voree. Cinorrect naman niya sarili niya. Sabi ko grabe, akala ko I’m just one in a hundreds of people sa loob ng theater, and then minention niya ako,” she enthused.
Vivoree was recently launched as one of the 13 artists of the all-new RISE Artists Studio. She was also part of the recently concluded primetime series “The Killer Bride.”
