Even "Fan Girl" stars Paulo Avelino and Charlie Dizon were just as shocked as the viewers with the intimate scenes they did for the movie.
The film's director Antoinette Jadaone also revealed during a Q&A on her Instagram Stories last December 26 that she never gave Charlie the full script so she doesn't "overly study" and "calculate" her actions.
Meanwhile, Paulo got even more shocked since he did not expect the intimate scenes to be that many.
It's just being true to your character and the material," he said.
In terms of his viral frontal shot, Paulo emphasized that spreading this "photo" was actually a form of piracy.
"I also think it's a form of piracy, itong mga pag-iiscreenshot.
"Pero like I said sa isang interview ko, just take a positive look out of it," he added.
Direk Tonet and Charlie, on the other hand, believe that people would see the bigger picture other than the viral photo upon watching the movie.
"Ang isang magandang bagay doon, when they see those photos and they decided to watch the film because of those photos...Parang sabi doon sa 'Fan Girl' account, 'They came for Paulo's [d*ck] but they stayed for the woman.' They think it's all about that private thing, but it's actually parang just a small part of the whole," Direk Tonet said.
