"My Lockdown Romance" might be a feel-good Boys Love (BL) story, but viewers can most definitely learn a lesson or two upon watching the film.
That's what the stars Jameson Blake and Joao Constancia, as well as the film's director Bobby Bonifacio Jr., said during the upcoming movie's media conference on November 2.
"Cherish your friends and be open, and be forgiving," Joao said.
Meanwhile, Jameson believes that the film imparts lessons about not being afraid to reconnect with people from your past.
He said, "It's never too late to reconnect with someone in the past because you don't know how special it could be. It may be for a certain time pero as you guys mature, it's something different."
"[Also the] connection between friends, on how to develop a friendship, and it's something you can relate to with both of the characters of the story," he added.
Direk Bobby believes that the movie will make you realize the importance of having faith in yourself and in love.
"No matter the circumstance, no matter the scenario, have faith in yourself, have faith in friendship, and have faith in love," he said.
