In the span of five years, Joshua Garcia cemented his place in the industry as one of the best actors of his generation.
We are looking back at some of his most iconic movie scenes. These moments showed his versatility as an actor at a young age:
As Tonying in "Barcelona: A Love Untold"
Joshua's big acting break was actually a role in the Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla romance "Barcelona: A Love Untold." And while he was a newbie during that time, Joshua showed us that he can go head-to-head with some of the industry's biggest stars.
Watch his markadong "May Buhay Ako Ma!" moment here:
As Caloy in "Love You To The Stars and Back"
If Joshua made you cry in "Barcelona," then you're surely in for another cryfest in the 2017 romance-drama "Love You To The Stars and Back." In the film, he plays Caloy, a happy-go-lucky boy who has been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. So if you still haven't seen the film, we'll just let this dramatic scene speak for itself:
As Joko in "I Love You, Hater"
A far cry from his past roles, Joshua portrayed a man faking being gay in order to land a job as a personal assistant. He may have done great in making us cry in dramas, but he also did an amazing job making us laugh with his realistic portrayal of Joko in the 2018 movie.
