This Week on ‘We Rise Together’: KathNiel on their ‘House Arrest’ experience, Kim on her viral Tikbalang photo + more!

There's a whole lot of entertainment that await our Kapamilyas this October!

Among them is the upcoming horror film "U-Turn" starring Kim Chiu, Tony Labrusca, and JM De Guzman. And last October 19, Kim graced "We Rise Together" and talked about her newest project.

The actress shared her thoughts about being dubbed as the “Millennial Horror Queen” and how it feels to be part of the pioneer movie projects of Star Cinema under the New Normal. She also opened up about her viral tikbalang photo.

“Actually kakatapos ko lang mag-shoot ng vlog na kausap ko si Kuya Jesus, ‘yung nakakita ng tikbalang sa IG post ko. Tapos cinonfirm ko, "Talaga ba? Kasi noong 'The Healing' meron din, eh." Noong 'The Ghost Bride' mas madami. Basta every time nagshu-shoot ako ng movie, and'yan talaga sila,” she recalled.

“So pinatignan ko na 'yung sarili ko. Open daw pala kasi 'yung senses ko, so nakakaramdam ako. Hindi ko naman nakikita or naririnig, nararamdaman ko lang,” she added.

In the October 21 episode, veteran scriptwriter Ricky Lee happily entertained questions about the upcoming iWant TFC Original docu-series "Trip To Quiapo" which is based on Ricky's experiences - his knowledge about writing stories, and the meaningful lessons he has learned in his 40 years in the industry.

Enchong Dee, who will portray Juliong Manunulat in the docu-series, said that working on the project was one of his career's highlights.

“I'm very humbled and I'm very proud of this project to the point na siguro kung hindi iWant TFC ang nag-produce nito, I don't mind doing it for free. Ito 'yung mga food for the soul ng mga artista. Ito 'yung kapag nakagawa ka, masaya ako kahit na walang bayad okay lang,” he said.

A day before “The House Arrest of Us” finally dropped on KTX.ph, the one and only Box Office King and Queen Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo joined the show to open up about their experience shooting the digi movie series.

Kathryn finally shared the story behind her kilig cooking video, where she was seen preparing mushroom soup for Daniel while they on the set.

"Kapag break time, nagluluto kami. Hindi naman ako everyday nagluluto. Kapag pagkain, nilulutuan ko si DJ (Daniel Padilla) ng soup and dinala ko 'yung buong bahay doon [para makapagluto ako]," she shared.

"Kapag may time talaga nagluluto lang kami. And then 'yung kay Alora (Sasam) si DJ naman 'yung [nagluto ng] chicken. Kapitbahay kasi namin si Alora [sa set], 'yun 'yung medyo matakaw. So nakakaamoy siya kapag luto na 'yung food. Sakto dumating siya, pinagluto siya ni DJ ng chicken," she added.
