JM De Guzman worked with Kim Chiu and director Derrick Cabrido for the first time in “U-Turn,” and he was definitely thrilled!
During his bloggers conference for the movie on Thursday, October 15, JM shared that he and his director actually came from the same alma mater.
"Parehas kami ng school. Parehas kaming galing UP Theater. Higher batch siya sa akin ng two years," he revealed.
“U-Turn” is a horror film, but JM said that the Derrick is very chill on set. "Kalmado lang. Napakabait."
Meanwhile, JM described Kim as someone who is a “child at heart”!
He said, "Ang kulit noon. Sobrang bait. Parang bata, child at heart. Parang 'pag nakasama mo siya, parang malakas maka-good vibes. Lagi siyang may jokes.”
JM also said that he would always try to scare Kim on set, saying, "Ginugulat ko. Lalo na 'pag madilim." LOL!
